In India, there’s one thing in summer that’s bigger than holidays, series and any another thing for the entertainment. The king of fruits, the mango, is back. And not only do you plot to eat as much of it every day as possible, but given how versatile it is, you like to incorporate it into as many dishes as possible.
Vegetable soup can be a hearty and low-calorie way to satisfy your hunger while also filling your body with beneficial vitamins and minerals. Fruits and vegetables offer benefits beyond their nutrients: They’re also chock-full of natural substances produced by plants called phytonutrients. The color of your fruits and vegetables makes a difference because the pigments that produce colors are also the phytonutrients.

Beetroot Burfi / Beetroot Coconut Burfi is my recent try. This beetroot burfi is one of the easiest sweets even a beginner in cooking can try. This tastes more or less like coconut burfi but I tried a different method this time by adding everything together, I was little doubtful but it came out super good. The pieces were firm and tasted great too. The color of the burfis was so gorgeous and colorful that kids will sure love it too.
So the summers has going to set in full swing and I’m sure the heat is taking a big toll on all of us be it the tiny tots wanting to play out and have fun in their vacation or the office goers struggling to get to work in the same condition they moved out from their home.
But mind you this heat should not be taken lightly. We all must really be aware of the signs that our body tries to convey to us and they must not be ignored for sure or else it can take a big toll on us. So watch out for hydration, headaches, infrequent urination, tiredness, lethargy, fever etc. They may sound some routine ones but please be careful.
